The Quality and Information Security Management System of THE BIOHACK PROJECT includes:
Provision of Wellness and Exercise Services.
The overall company policy in the areas of Quality & Information Security of the services it offers to its clients is expressed through the principles and beliefs of Management in these areas and provides guidance to other executives for their management, while being aligned with the overall strategic direction of THE BIOHACK PROJECT.
Quality and Information Security Policy
This statement expresses The BioHack Project's policy for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of an Integrated Management System for Service Quality and Information Security that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 standards.
Our Integrated Management System (QISMS) policy is based on the fundamental principles of measurement and planning and our commitment to continuous improvement in the areas of Service Quality and Information Security. This is achieved by creating, implementing, and reviewing objectives, which are documented and monitored within the company as part of the continuous improvement of our services for which Management is committed.
Also, we continuously review the suitability of our integrated management system, procedures, technological advances, our work methods, and potential risks, in combination with the requirements and expectations of our customers, our employees, and any person or organization interested in the company, to ensure that our overall system is suitable for the nature, scale, and impact of the company's services provided.
Our Commitments
Specifically, The BioHack Project has committed to:
- Meet or exceed customer requirements regarding the Quality of Services provided, as well as Information Security.
- Comply with all Legislation regarding Quality in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 Standard and Information Security in accordance with ISO 27001:2022 Standard, as well as any other legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain good business and mutually profitable relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure and maintain the competence of all its employees at the required level so that they can identify and fulfill the Company's contractual, legislative, and other requirements for Service Quality and Information Security.
- Implement specific processes for the control, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of all existing and new services it may provide.
- Adopt an integrated process-oriented approach for the effective provision of services and meeting customer requirements.
- Ensure that information security decisions are made based on risk assessments for all company processes and related assets, taking into account the maintenance of information integrity, availability, and confidentiality.
- Effectively manage security incidents with the aim of minimizing their impact.
- Ensure the Company's continued ability to meet its contractual obligations through appropriate business continuity plans.
- Ensure that business activities are not disrupted when responding to an incident or disaster.
- Continuously improve the Quality and Information Security Management System.
- Communicate this policy to its staff, to persons or other organizations working under its control, and to any other interested parties, as appropriate.

The overall company policy in the area of Environmental Management is expressed through the principles and beliefs of Management in this area and provides guidance to other executives for their implementation, while being aligned with the overall strategic direction of The BioHack Project.
Environmental Commitments
The BioHack Project is committed to:
- Systematically monitor and implement the established Environmental Measures and Principles and implement coordinated actions and programs for environmental protection, with the basic aim of continuous improvement.
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, as well as all requirements of ISO 14001:2015 with which it complies.
- That the rational management of mineral and natural (air, sun, water, and fuel) resources, the control of greenhouse gas emissions, the control of air constitute the main environmental challenges it faces.
- That its effort for environmental protection is not limited to the application of rules, required regulations, and taking appropriate measures at any given time, but also includes its self-commitment to carry out additional controls of its activities.
Measures for Environmental Protection
- Compliance with agreements and commitments assumed as a Company beyond its legal obligations.
- Assessment of the impact of its activities on the environment, recording of risks, and utilization of these assessments in its programs and planning.
- Management of threats and opportunities related to its operating context.
- Improvement of waste management by promoting recycling processes.
- Reduction of consumption and Energy.
- Prevention of any pollution risk.
- Correction of any deviation found by establishing and implementing corrective plans and preventive actions.
- Training, awareness, and information of staff.
- Encouraging partners (suppliers, subcontractors, customers) to respect the same environmental requirements.
- Conducting regular internal inspections to assess the performance of the Environmental Management System, the achievement of objectives, and the application of regulations and principles.
Policy Review
This Policy Statement of The BioHack Project is reviewed annually by its Management.
