About Us

At BioHack Project, we have one goal: to help you stay biologically younger for longer. We measure, understand, and optimize the processes that influence how the human body ages. Our methodology is based on an 8-pillar framework developed by our team, inspired by the common biological and functional characteristics shared by people who age healthily, as described in the international scientific literature. Biological Age is the central metric through which we evaluate the progress and effectiveness of each intervention. Every assessment, every recommendation, and every intervention is designed around a unified model: measurement → personalization → intervention → reassessment.

The team behind your success

The BioHack Project is based on the collaboration of a multidisciplinary team, in which doctors, data scientists, nutritionists, exercise specialists, and technicians work as a unified system centered around the same 8-pillar model. All data collected is integrated into a comprehensive picture of the individual’s Biological Age, upon which a truly unified and personalized plan for healthy aging is developed. The development of protocols and the personalization of each intervention are supported by our in-house team, while the organization’s scientific direction is overseen by the BioHack Project’s International Scientific Council. The Council consists of internationally recognized researchers and clinicians with many years of experience in the biology of aging and longevity, ensuring that science is at the core of every decision we make.
