Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or Change of Session Notification

In order to have available time slots and to serve you even better, you should notify us as soon as possible if you will not be able to attend your session by sending an email to info@thebiohackproject.com or by calling 210 2200953. Any cancellation or change of session must be made at least twelve (12) hours before the start of the session.

Late Cancellation

In case of late cancellation of a prepaid session, the cancelled session is charged normally, according to the set cost, as compensation for the booking of the session time, unless we can make up the session within the same week.

In case of late cancellation of a non-prepaid session, or if you repeatedly cancel or change dates, you may be asked to prepay for your next appointment. In this case, change or cancellation will not be allowed, and if you do not come, the value will not be refunded.

Delay

In any case of delay, please notify us in time. In case of delay of more than ten (10) minutes, the appointment is cancelled and the value is not refunded if it has been prepaid.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw without reason from the contract within thirty (30) days from the day following your registration. The exercise of your right of withdrawal takes place within the aforementioned deadline, with a written cancellation notice (Refund Statement), which is delivered in person or mailed or sent from the same certified email with which you registered.

This notice must be accompanied by the last payment receipt and any other document or proof of your status. The entire amount of money paid according to said contract will be refunded in full within fifteen (15) business days from receipt of the cancellation notice.
