Methylation capacity

Cardiorespiratory capacity
VO₂max
Cardiorespiratory capacity refers to the body’s ability to take in, transport, and utilize oxygen during exercise. It is a key indicator of the functional status of the heart, lungs, and metabolism (VO2max)
Balance
Balance is the body’s ability to maintain a stable and controlled posture, both while standing still and during movement. It is assessed using force plates, which record shifts in the center of pressure and provide information on stability, neuromuscular control, and functional capacity.
Muscular strength
This is assessed using force plates, which objectively record force and power output as well as the mechanical characteristics of movement.
Grip strength
Grip Strength
Grip strength is the ability of the upper limb muscles to generate force. It is assessed using a hand dynamometer, which records the maximum isometric grip strength.
Gait analysis
Biomechanical gait analysis examines how the body moves during walking, in terms of posture, alignment, and mechanical movement. It is assessed through kinematic analysis using 2D analysis.
Microbiome check
Microbiome testing analyzes the composition and function of gut microorganisms, providing useful information about health and metabolism. It enables targeted dietary interventions to boost beneficial bacteria and create a personalized probiotic plan. It is performed using a stool sample via genetic analysis using the shotgun method.
